Fresh! Our day starts hours before we even turn on the OPEN sign. We hand chop vegetables for our pico de gallo, fry our own chips in 100% vegetable oil, and prepare our own salsas and sauces. We slow-cook our pinto beans from scratch every single day and we make our queso dip using real cheese. Let the FIESTA begin!
